Bank of England governor: Recession 'not discussed explicitly' as interest rates fall

Business Correspondent Gurpreet Narwan asks if the Bank is worried about the increased risk of recession, after one member of the rate-setting Monetary Policy Committee raised the issue in today's meeting.
