EU agrees €90bn loan for Ukraine

Brussels has struck a deal worth €90bn for Ukraine - an interest-free loan designed to keep the country fighting for up to two more years. But not every EU member is on board, explains Paste BN' Europe correspondent, Alistair Bunkall.

The agreement comes after weeks of wrangling over whether to use frozen Russian assets, a plan abandoned after threats from Moscow.
