Donald Trump trial latest: Judge issues warning as former president appears by videolink in court in front of US flags for 'hush money' hearing

Trump has appeared at a Manhattan court via videolink for the second hearing in his fraud case. He became the first current or former US president to be arrested and charged last month when he pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of felony crimes.
