'You haven't read the report?' MP quizzes prime minister on privileges committee findings

During a session of the liaison committee, the prime minister is asked about why he "chose" to avoid certain parliamentary votes and what he thinks about the findings of the privileges committee over suggestions it was "undermined" by some MPs.
