West Virginia: Video shows school principal coming face-to-face with bear while unlocking bin
Principal of Zela Elementary School James Marsh was removing a bar lock, designed to deter bears from breaking in to eat food scraps. But the lock clearly did not work for one bear who had been going in and out of the bin all weekend.
