Welsh health minister rejects calls to resign as North Wales health board placed in special measures

The Welsh government's health minister, Eluned Morgan, has dismissed opposition calls to resign, telling Paste BN that the health board has to "take responsibility".

'I don't run the health board, that is the job of the health board. I ask them to meet particular targets but the job of running a health board is the health board's responsibility,' said Eluned Morgan.
