Vladimir Putin visits Crimea on anniversary of region's annexation from Ukraine
The Russian president visited an art school and a children's centre. It comes after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for him. His visit to the region coincides with the ninth anniversary of Crimea's annexation from Ukraine.
