UN's top court begins hearings on Israel's legal duties towards Palestinians

The UN's top court is hearing opinions on Israel's legal obligation to allow aid into Gaza, which Israel stopped last month. Israel is refusing to take part in the hearing and has severed ties with UNRWA.
