Ukraine War: Vladimir Putin threatens to use cluster bombs
The explosive weapons, which release large numbers of smaller bomblets over a wide area, are banned in over 100 countries, including the UK, but Russia says it has a "sufficient stockpile" and will use them "if necessary".
