Ukraine war: Russian representative interrupts minute's silence at UN Security Council meeting
Ukraine's foreign minister asked for a minute of silence to be held in memory of the "victims" of Russian aggression. Russia's representative interrupted the silence to say the silence should be to honour "all" victims in Ukraine, before the silence resumed.
