Ukraine war: Boris Johnson says Vladimir Putin 'will fail' in his invasion

Speaking at the Scottish Conservative Party Conference, Boris Johnson told the crowd that Vladimir Putin "will fail" in Ukraine, and also said the world needs to wean itself of Russian oil and gas.
