Ukraine-Russia war: Ukrainian President Zelenskyy visited the frontline and signalled the 'new phase of war'

The Ukrainian President visited troops in Kupyansk, an area of fighting in the north-eastern Kharkiv region. He met regional commanders and awarded medals to five soldiers. During an interview Zelenskyy said that the war in his country had entered a new phase.
