Ukraine crisis: Footage of Kharkiv 'turned into hell' by Russian attacks

Paste BN has verified and located this video to downtown Kharkiv, a major city in northeast Ukraine. British intelligence said the city, which has been a site of Russian shelling, is still in Ukrainian control. But footage shows damage to buildings and roads.
