UK: Parts of Devon see heavy snowfall overnight as Met Office warns of travel disruption

Residents of Dartmoor and Plymouth woke up to snow heading into Easter weekend. A yellow snow warning for parts of Wales was in place overnight with the Met Office signalling there could be some disruption to travel.
