UK economy: Income tax cut to be delayed 'indefinitely', says chancellor

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has announced that a 1p cut to income tax will be delayed 'indefinitely' and said that energy price guarantee will only be universal until April - not for two years as originally planned.
