Two men arrested by counter terror police over ULEZ camera explosion

Officers from the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command arrested a 60-year-old and a 61-year-old over the incident in Sidcup, southeast London. Nobody was injured in the explosion but vehicles and a property were damaged.
