Switzerland: Alpine village evacuated due to fear of catastrophic rockslide
Resident of Brienz had until Friday to pack up their belongings and evacuate the centuries-old Alpine village. About 2 million cubic meters of rock on a mountainside overhead could soon come crashing down, burying the village.
