Superyacht boss asks why Bayesian crew weren't in 'state of alert'
A spokesperson for the UK's Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) said it wouldn't be appropriate to comment while the investigation is ongoing. Italian investigators, Italy's coastguard and captain James Cutfield were also approached for comment.
