Space: 3D visualisation released showing what it's like to travel past 5,000 galaxies

Each second of the video amounts to traveling 200 million light-years into the data set, and seeing 200 million years further into the past. The visualisation ends at Maisie’s Galaxy, which formed about 13.4 billion years ago.

A 3D visualization has been released portraying 5,000 galaxies within a small portion of the CEERS Survey of a part of space called the Extended Groth Strip.
