Sir Keir Starmer nicknames prime minister 'inaction man' in heated PMQs exchange

In the last PMQs before the conference break, the Labour leader hit out at Rishi Sunak's recent record, telling the Commons: "Probation, prison, schools, China - yet again, inaction man fails to heed the warnings and then blames everyone else."
