Shadow justice secretary: 'Government prison reforms are ideological'

Robert Jenrick has told Sky's Wilfred Frost that the sentencing review and its recommendations, are a "get out of jail free card for criminals".

The shadow justice secretary went on to say that the reforms are "ludicrous" and that plans to scrap prison sentences of less than a year and use community sentences "won't feel like justice."
