Sajid Javid blames Omicron – not Treasury - for delays in NHS recovery plan
Health Secretary Sajid Javid says the Treasury did not block the cash needed to ease the huge backlog in NHS treatment caused by the pandemic. He told Kay Burley the added pressure on services from Omicron delayed the plan.
