Russian media reports at least seven killed in Belgorod building collapse
Russia's Mash Telegram news channel reported that at least seven people have been killed in a building collapse, which the regional governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, says was caused by "massive shelling by the armed forces of Ukraine".
