RMT boss Mick Lynch has 'positive talks' with transport secretary over rail strikes
Speaking after the meeting with Mark Harper, Mr Lynch said there had been a change in tone from what he called the "bellicose nonsense" from Grant Shapps, who was transport secretary under Boris Johnson. It comes after the RMT announced fresh strikes over Christmas and the New Year.
