Putin: Ukraine's 'offensive potential is not yet exhausted'

Russian President Vladimir Putin held an unannounced meeting of Russia's Security Council on Thursday to discuss the country's military strategy against Ukraine's ongoing offensive. Ukraine's deputy defence minister warned the "biggest blow" of the counteroffensive is yet to come.
