Putin says if Ukraine uses long-range missiles on Russia it will mean 'nothing less than the direct participation of NATO'

Russia's president said that if Ukraine is allowed to use the long-range missiles provided by Western countries it will mean the "direct participation" of those countries in the war with Russia.
