Putin arrives in Abu Dhabi on first visit to Middle East since start of Ukraine war

Vladimir Putin has arrived in the United Arab Emirates for talks with President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan. It is a rare foreign trip for the Russian president, who faces an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court over the war in Ukraine.
