'People were hiding': Witnesses describe moment gunman open fired on busy shopping mall in Texas

The gunman stepped out of a vehicle and began firing outside the Allen Premium Outlets mall in Dallas, sending hundreds of shoppers fleeing in panic. Eight people were shot and killed and at least seven others were left wounded, police said.
