People signing on to PIP disability benefits in a year - 'size of the city of Manchester', says Wes Streeting

There are reports the government is rowing back on a plan to freeze Personal Independent Payments (PIP) following a backlash from Labour MPs. Health Secretary Mr Streeting has responded to the media speculation.
