'No comment' from Defence Secretary after another Tory MP loses whip

Mark Menzies MP has denied claims in The Times newspaper that he asked party members for money and then repaid them using campaign funds. Defence Secretary Grant Shapps refused to comment on the allegations when questioned by Kay Burley.
