NHS Strikes: Patients in need of operations as junior doctors go on the longest strike in NHS history
Andy was an electrical engineer before he went blind, but can't work while he's waiting for his operation. He's already had 6 appointments cancelled because of these strikes. The BMA union says staff are suffering burnout and leaving the country or the profession altogether.
