Lucy Letby: Labour vows to end sentencing loophole for convicts
The comments come after it emerged Lucy Letby is unlikely to appear at her sentencing for the murder of seven babies and the attempted murders of six more. Shadow justice minister Ellie Reeves said it was right that convicts are compelled to appear in court to hear victim statements.
