Louisiana murder suspect escapes after pepper-spraying deputy and stealing police vehicle

A Louisiana inmate in custody on a second-degree murder charge escaped on Sunday 25 February, after he pepper-sprayed a police officer and stole her vehicle, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said.
