Khan Younis: Thousands of Palestinians forced to flee from bombarded hospital in Gaza

“Intense shelling and continuous gunfire” prompted the evacuation of around 8,000 displaced people from Al-Amal Hospital in west Khan Yunis on Monday, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) which operates the hospital.

Four Red Crescent workers were also killed in Khan Yunis in the past week alone, according to a statement from International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that mourned their deaths.
