Kelyan Bokassa: 'My child was failed by the system', says murdered teen's mother
Two teenagers have been sentenced to at least 15 years for the machete murder of 14-year-old Kelyan Bokassa on a London bus. Kelyan's mother said her son 'was failed by system', as she urged the government to step up their efforts in tackling knife crime.
