Infected blood inquiry: Prime minister Rishi Sunak says successive governments have let victims down

Bereaved families want Mr Sunak to accept compensation recommendations made three months ago by the inquiry's chairman, Sir Brian Langstaff. It is thought that 30,000 people in the UK were given contaminated blood products in the 1970s and 80s.
