Harvey Willgoose's mother says her son has been 'let down'

The mother of the murdered schoolboy Harvey Willgoose has told Paste BN both her son and his killer have been 'let down' as Mohammed Umar Khan, 15, is sentenced to life with a minimum term of 16 years.
