Family of girl who died after sip of Costa Coffee drink speak out

The coroner in Hannah Jacobs' case has ruled that the death of the 13-year-old girl, who took a sip of Costa Coffee hot chocolate, was due to a "failure to follow the processes in place to discuss allergies".
