Dogs resuscitated after apartment fire in city of Tonawanda in New York state

Body-camera footage shows officers and paramedics resuscitating two dogs, Moose and Brutus, after firefighters rescued them from a fire in Tonawanda, New York state, on Monday. Three cats died in the blaze.
