Defence secretary won't comment on alleged behaviour of colleagues

MP Mark Menzies has lost the Conservative Party whip while newspaper claims - which he denies - about alleged misuse of campaign funds are investigated, but Defence Secretary Grant Shapps is reluctant to talk about it.
