David Cameron tells chancellor to 'look again' at social care cap

Speaking to Sky's Tom Clarke, the former prime minister said Jeremy Hunt should "look against the issue" of a cap on social care costs, instead suggesting a form of insurance might stop people having to sell their homes to cover care fees.
