Cyprus: British woman wins appeal to overturn conviction for lying about gang rape
Michael Polak, director of Justice Abroad, said a "proper investigation wasn't carried out" after the woman reported a gang rape to the police. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told police she was attacked by up to 12 Israeli tourists in a hotel room.
