Croydon tram disaster: 'Fines are meaningless' says mother of victim as TfL fined £10m over health and safety failings

Seven people were killed and 21 others badly hurt in the November 2016 crash. The tram, carrying 69 people, was travelling at three times the speed limit and went over a sharp bend when it derailed.
