CCTV released by police shows moment of explosion outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital in November 2021

Emad Al Swealmeen travelled as a passenger in a taxi armed with an improvised explosive. Counter Terrorism Policing North West believe the device was unstable and it is likely to have exploded earlier than planned.
