Casualties and destruction after Israeli ends siege on Gaza hospital

Israeli troops withdrew from Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza after conducting raids on the medical centre on Friday. The son of the hospital's director was killed in the attack after sustaining gunshot wounds to the head.
