Building collapse in Naples, Italy kills two siblings, traps mother and another woman

A two-storey building collapsed in the southern Italian province of Naples early on Sunday, possibly due to a gas explosion, killing two young siblings, a six-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl. Two women were trapped under the rubble, Italian firefighters said.

The town's mayor Vincenzo Simonelli, speaking from the scene, said the building appeared “crumpled up on itself”.
