Brazil: Number of dead rises as heavy rains hit southeastern region
Recovery efforts were underway in the Brazilian city of Mimoso do Sul on Sunday, after deadly flooding swept through the country's Southeast. Heavy rains brought floods and landslides which left least 23 people dead across Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo states.
