Boss of British Gas owner 'really truly sorry' after prepay meters forced on vulnerable people

It follows an investigation by The Times that alleged a company used by British Gas to pursue debts forced their way into homes to fit prepayment meters. Centrica chief executive Chris O'Shea told Paste BN they 'clearly got it wrong.
