A military plane flew extremely low over traffic while making an emergency landing in Kayseri, Turkey

The Turkish Ministry of Defence said the plane had to make an emergency landing due to a 'technical malfunction', but none of the crew or pilots were injured and minor damage was sustained to the aircraft.
