Police are trying to track down three football fans suspected of racially abusing players during an FA Cup qualifier.

The Metropolitan Police have released images of the three men who allegedly spat at players and threw missiles during a match between Haringey Borough and Yeovil Town on 19 October.

The match was abandoned after players from both sides walked off in the 64th minute at Haringey's home ground.

They were led off by their managers and a decision was made to stop the match.

The players returned to the pitch some time after as a "show of solidarity".

Haringey manager Tom Loizou claimed defender Coby Rowe had suffered racist abuse, while goalkeeper Douglas Pajetat was spat at and had objects thrown at him as he was about to face a penalty.

Two men, aged 23 and 26, were arrested in Chard and Yeovil on 21 October on suspicion of racially aggravated common assault.
